An early-access project. The website and the waiting list run on EU infrastructure (Cloudflare (EU) and Resend (EU)); data residency and the providers behind the product platform are set out in the privacy policy and the DPA. Privacy and data deletion.
To exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) write to the DPO: [email protected]. The procedure for deleting your account and your social platform data is described in the privacy policy.
When we reply.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 CET. Enterprise support 24/7 under SLA. On Saturday and Sunday we read the email, but we don't reply unless it's urgent.
